The “Aggregated Triad” is a transformative urban development project located in the heart of Chinatown, Los Angeles, aimed at addressing the pressing challenges of housing shortages and urban density. This innovative design features 204 thoughtfully planned residential units across 24 stories, utilizing cutting-edge stacking and interlocking techniques to create a balance between structural efficiency and functional living spaces. The design capitalizes on the concept of a dynamic urban fabric, with densely packed perimeters ensuring stability while expansive voids allow for abundant natural light, cross-ventilation, and seamless connectivity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
